If you’re applying for a Poland visa, please keep the following points in mind:

1. The appointment cancellation option is currently disabled on the VFS Poland portal.

2. The service fee paid during appointment booking is non-refundable, regardless of visa category.

3. Refund requests cannot be raised once an appointment is confirmed.

4. Only one appointment can be booked per passport number at a time.

5. A new appointment can be booked only after the existing appointment date has passed.

6. VFS is not authorized to cancel appointments on behalf of applicants.
